- YIN YOGA
It is a type of Yoga that mostly targets the lower back and hips. Postures are held for long periods of time and your body stretches more the tendons than the muscles.
- VINYASA YOGA
Usually practiced through a sequence of different postures that evolve from one to another of increasing difficulty and more challenge. It is characterized by a flow between these yoga postures where movement and breathing are coordinated.
- ONE ON ONE
This format allows me to see the individual progress and customize my teaching accordingly. I love teaching Yoga one on one. In most cases my clients never practiced Yoga before and this way makes it very clear to follow every one progress.
- SMALL GROUPS(2-6)
Small groups are great for efficiency and convenience in the sense that I can teach more people at once for a reduced cost. I go to your home, office or place. Clients arrange with friends or co-workers for a time and place of their convenience.
- RETREATS (6-20)
A Yoga group retreat could be considered a Spiritual Vacation, where you find a place to reflect and practice introspection, the art of examining and observe one’s own mental and emotional processes. Retreats are great to charge and come back to our daily routine with another perspective in life.
